Where are lessons held?

We come to you! We have an office in the Killearn Lakes area, but we don't have a set teaching location. We offer music lessons in our students' homes OR online!

What instruments do you teach?

As of right now, we offer lessons for the following instruments:

Voice/Singing

Piano

Guitar

Ukulele

How do I pay for lessons?

Payments are made through the MyMusicStaff student portal. Once you've signed up, connect your credit/debit card or bank account to Stripe or PayPal to pay for your lesson!

When do I pay?

Invoices are sent out on the first of every month and are due within 1 week of the invoice. If you sign up for monthly lessons mid-month, we will pro-rate the price for your first month.

What is the cancellation policy?

All lessons must be cancelled with AT LEAST a 24-hour notice. If a lesson is cancelled within the 24-hour timeframe, the lesson will not be made up. All make-up lessons are held via Zoom or FaceTime unless the lesson was cancelled by the instructor.

Does an adult need to be present at every lesson for students under 18?

Yes, an adult needs to be present at every lesson for students under 18.

How will I know if the student is progressing?

Our instructors will keep open communication and will notify the student or guardian of any concerns

What age can my child start taking lessons?

Once a student knows their ABCs and can sit through a 30-minute lesson, they are ready!

Do I need to own the instrument I am learning?

Yes! You will need to have your instrument for all of your lessons and you will need it to practice in between lessons. If you need help finding an instrument to purchase, please contact us!
